Shipping
We ship across the region with tracked delivery on every order. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days, and delivery normally takes 2-5 business days depending on your address.
Delivery Times & Costs
Standard delivery is free on orders over $75. For smaller orders, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact our team and we will walk you through the steps.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is issued.
